About Our Service
The Maytag Store® Service Center is a locally owned and award winning appliance repair service in the St. Louis area. We service most all major appliance brands regardless of where you purchased it. Our service technicians provide a professional and timely repair experience with prompt, courteous service. Our flexible service schedule allows us to work with you when an unfortunate service issue occurs.
Our service technicians and Master Service Technicians™ provide professional in and out of warranty repairs all Maytag®, Whirlpool®, KitchenAid®, Jenn Air®, Estate®, Crosley®, Amana® and Samsung® appliances. With many parts in stock, we aim to fix your appliance right, the first time. The Maytag Store® Service Center can also provide out of warranty repair work on all General Electric®, Frigidaire®, Kenmore® and many other brands.
Our goal is to fix your appliance correctly, the first time. With our extensive parts supply and pre-diagnosis process, we complete nearly 80% of service calls the first time keeping you free to do what you need to do and not frustrated with a broken appliance.
What to expect
Our flexible scheduling system allows you to pick a day and a general time of day ahead of your call - there is no need to "be home all day". On the day of your choice, our technician will contact you in the morning to give a two-hour service window. If you need an even more narrow time slot, we'd be happy to call you 30 min before arrival. Just let us know! The service technician will enter your home at the scheduled time window and will promptly diagnose your product. If your service request is a non-warranty issue, you will be presented with a total estimate for repair. We will then complete the repair or if the part is not in-stock, we will order the part and schedule your return visit.
Warranty Information
All manufacturer warranty repair work is performed at no charge to the customer. If you purchased your appliance from The Maytag Store®, we have all of your records and you won't need to keep your receipt. We require all manufacturer warranty repair work for models not purchased at The Maytag Store® be accompanied with an original receipt showing purchase (or delivery) date.
The Maytag Store® Service center is an Authorized Repair Center for Assurant®, ExpertService®, 4 Warranty Service® and Associated Service Corporation extended warranties.
